Q: How do I place an Auto-Ship Order?

A: Placing an Auto-Ship order is easy. In the product options field choose "Yes, Send me more when my supply runs out." If you choose this option with a quantity of one you will be shipped one bottle every one month. If you choose two bottles on auto-ship you will receive two bottles every two months. If the order is for more than one person make note of that in the customer notes section upon checkout. 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do ship internationally, with a few exceptions. Please see if your country is listed upon checkout. Shipping for international orders is $24.95.


Q: Which shipping carriers do you use? 

A: We use USPS to ship out packages. 


Q: I cannot remember my password. What should I do?

A: If you have registered with us and you have forgotten your password click on the link "Recover password" in the Customer Support or My Account sections. You must supply your email address currently listed in your profile and the password will be emailed to you at that email address. If this doesn't work for you register a new account or place your order anonymously with no username and password. For security reasons we cannot give out or reset anyone's password. If you are not registered with us there is no password to recover.


Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. You may also pay with a Check or Money Order denominated in U.S. dollars. PayPal payments through the PayPal ordering system are accepted as well. We do not accept personal checks, COD (Cash on Delivery), credit cards issued outside US, or cash.


Q: Are all supplements the same quality regardless of brand?

A: No. Many store and mail order brands are formulated using second-rate ingredients. This makes their potency and effectiveness very questionable.


Q: What exactly makes Nature's Elements supplements the best?

A: Our ingredients are "premium grade." Meaning only the finest raw ingredients are used. Also, many formulations are exclusive, and we deliver the best quality and effectiveness for the best value.


Q: What is "premium grade"?

A: "Premium grade" means only the highest industry approved laboratory standards are used in our raw material selection, testing and manufacturing. Many times extracts are used in our formulas, extracts are more expensive and better than powders. Extracts are concentrated making them more potent enabling for smaller doses. This creates the types of supplements that people can really take and rely on.


Q: What kinds of binders and fillers are used?

A: We use only natural and vegetarian binders, fillers, and excipients. 


Q: What is your return policy?

A: At Nature's Elements, we guarantee satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied simply return the unused/unopened portion of your product within 30 days of original receipt. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page for more details.


Q: How do I cancel Auto-Ship?

A: To cancel auto-ship after your 3 bottle commitment has been fulfilled, simply fill out a contact us form online stating that you wish to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation within 24-48 hours.

A: For orders over $100 you can save 20% by using the discount code: SAVETWENTY upon checkout. For orders over $50 you can save 10% by using the discount code: SAVETEN upon checkout.
