You may return any item purchased from Nature's Elements� for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. You may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Nature's Elements� reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from NaturesElements.net, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
