          I've been taking Natures Elements Chaga Mushrooms for over 6 years and recommend them to everyone. I found out about them from a 70 year old excavator in Colorado who had crippling arthritis. His hands were completely curled over and the doctors couldn't do anything for him. He saw a documentary on Chaga Mushrooms and started taking them right after. Within a month his hands completely opened up and his related pain was gone . He was making tea out of the actual mushroom powder. I researched the different brands and Natures Element 10:1 extract appeared to be the best. I always had lower back pain when I over did anything physical and within 1 month of taking the Chaga supplements the lower back pain went away and it's been 6 years. Now I'm 70 and arthritis runs in my family, as does cancer. No signs of either so far (knock on birch wood - lol) I had a natural path doctor tell me he couldn't find any inflammation in my body, during a wellness check about four year ago

          I surprisingly feel like I noticed a difference after my first does. Felt easier to breathe and clear minded. Not sure if that is supposed to be an outcome but I like it. Looking forward to more benefits.
