I have used this product daily for over a year. I open the capsules and add it to my morning shakes. Benefits I feel I've received were less anxiety, sharper thinking, handling stress better and a generally calmer state than ever before.

I surprisingly feel like I noticed a difference after my first does. Felt easier to breathe and clear minded. Not sure if that is supposed to be an outcome but I like it. Looking forward to more benefits.
