Be patient and let the holistic traditional chinese medicine do it's work. It's finally starting to work. I've been taking this for 2 and a half months now. The silver hair between my temples and ears, the part that bothers me the most, is not as white and bright anymore. In fact, there are black strands of new hair coming in. He Shou Wu is a liver tonic, so I knew I'd have to be patient. I suggest taking it every day, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (I have the bottle next to my coffee machine). The first month I was flakey--forgot some days, took it a varying times, but the last month I've been very disciplined with it and am seeing results.

I've been using this product from this company for well over a decade! I trust their products 100%! I went and tried a new brand that was supposedly stronger with a 30:1 ratio. Within 6 weeks or so my hot flashes made a return. This is how I knew it wasn't working for me. I found this unexpected benefit after using this brand for over a decade now. Not only does it help with that, my new hair growth is practically all dark blonde. I have few grey hairs! At my age that's saying a lot. This may have a ratio of 12:1 but that's fine because it works so well! I don't know why I even bothered trying something else? The other company had great reviews but it didn't even come close to this. Keep in mind it's not going to reverse your grey hair, it's for future growth. You'll notice a difference after I'd say 6-8 weeks. I highly recommend this product! Give it a month or so, you'll be happy you did!

Taking to reduce aging effects. Hair, skin, and overall system fortifyer.

It does make new black hairs grow. But I can't say it increased amount of hair growing back. I had no silver hairs coming back in, only black.

This may sound ridiculous but it works! As silly as it may seem, I purchased this product in hopes that it would help my thinning hair. After trying 3 bottles, I honestly cannot say that I have more hair growth but my hair does seem to be thicker and, amazingly, my white hair has begun to get it's color back! My wife is in total disbelief but my hair stylist is a true believer. Just received 3 more bottles. Heck, if it even brings back a little of my hair color, I'm using it!!!!!

This products really works. My hair is the thickest it has been in years. They say the the new growth comes back black. That has not been my experience but my hair has grown a great deal and again thicker then it has been. I would certainly recommend it.

Just finished my first bottle, and am actually amazed. My hair tends to grow really slowly but in the last month I've had noticeable growth and I don't think I'm imagining it because other people have commented as well. I started taking this just for hair growth, but was really pleasantly surprised that it seems to have an effect on anxiety as well. The days I take it, I seem to feel calmer throughout the day and more focused. It's very subtle but I notice the effect over time. I have been taking two tablets every morning (empty stomach), and I would forget to take it at least a few times a week, but I still experienced these results. Update 16 months later still taking it nearly every day except often miss on the weekends. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach when I remember, otherwise closer to or with breakfast. I have longer hair now than I have been able to grow since maybe age 11. I am 37 now and have three grey hairs that I know of, and two of them were there before I started taking the supplement. They are still there, and it is hard to say but I am guessing that the supplement is keeping things in check. My main reason to take this however was to address thinning. While I have always had thinner hair, things seemed to worsen all of a sudden around age 34, which is when I started experimenting with supplements. I can only report a slight improvement in this area, but it certainly has not gotten any worse, maybe a bit better. I also started taking a Fo-ti powder from another manufacturer in addition to my two daily pills, but this brand/the pills are my mainstay since I know they work on me.
