It's the second review for me..I've been taken this supplement for about 1 year and I keep seeing improvements...in the last 4 months I've been taking 4 tablets a day (2 in the morning and two in the evening) and I noticed further results..no need to dye my hair for 4 months!..even though I can't tell if it was due to the 4 tablets a day or to the patience to go ahead with the Advanced Shou Wu for one year..I keep taking them and will keep u all posted with the results..I'm so enthusiastic with this supplement and I am already recommending it to my friends!

I've been taking He Shou Wu for 2 months then I switched to He Shou Wu 12:1 Extract and I have not seen any differences in my hair. The grays are still coming in like crazy I was so hoping this would work OH WELL

I have been taking He shou wu and DHT blocker for the past three months now....its seems I now have more grey hair coming out..although I noticed some good changes inside me..will keep taking them And I really hope to get good results soon,cacan't wait to see my hair go dark.

All I can say is that I "feel" much better. Get REALLY good sleep and it looks like it may have a pleasant side effect of re-growing hair on my bald spot. Happy accident!! Have been monitoring my blood pressure and it's coming down but I'm also doing more than just these to help with than. Will be continuing with this product as long as I can.

The Best...I also take another Chinese Formula for Hair, Skin & Nails, but this one Tweeked it!!! and as far as the Pregnancy, I would advise to wait until after!!
